My Sample Workout Plan

Sunday - Yoga
Monday - Thai Kickboxing & Weight Training (Legs)
Tuesday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & CrossFit Workout (Usually includes a shoulder workout)
Wednesday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & Weight Training (Chest/Triceps)
Thursday - Thai Kickboxing & Weight Training (Back/Biceps)
Friday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & Weight Training (Legs)
Saturday - Running & CrossFit Workout (usually includes a shoulder workout)

Some comments:

  1. I switch my workout plan every 12 weeks to reduce boredom and to prevent my body from hitting a plateau.
  2. I like to train CrossFit to increase muscular endurance and functional adaptability.
  3. Kickboxing is addicting, fun for cardio, and burns lots of calories
  4. Yoga forces me to stretch even when I dont want to stretch!
