Tuesday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & CrossFit Workout (Usually includes a shoulder workout)
Wednesday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & Weight Training (Chest/Triceps)
Thursday - Thai Kickboxing & Weight Training (Back/Biceps)
Friday - Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing & Weight Training (Legs)
Saturday - Running & CrossFit Workout (usually includes a shoulder workout)
Some comments:
- I switch my workout plan every 12 weeks to reduce boredom and to prevent my body from hitting a plateau.
- I like to train CrossFit to increase muscular endurance and functional adaptability.
- Kickboxing is addicting, fun for cardio, and burns lots of calories
- Yoga forces me to stretch even when I dont want to stretch!
